Jefferson University Hospitals

Actigraphy allows Jefferson sleep medicine specialists to assess sleep/wake patterns if you are experiencing a sleep disorder such as insomnia, a circadian rhythm sleep disorder or restless legs syndrome. Sleep actigraphs are typically watch-shaped and worn on the wrist for weeks at a time to record your movements during sleep and are used at home.

Rated a Top Hospital for Sleep Disorders by Philadelphia magazine, the Jefferson Sleep Disorders Center was the first such program in the Philadelphia area and is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
