Our Patient Services Representative
As a patient at Methodist Hospital, you may have questions about your care. Our patient services representative helps patients and families to address issues involving patient rights, patient satisfaction and complaint management.
Our representative is committed to creating and delivering a consistent level of outstanding service by providing timely and effective information and resolution of problems, as well as being a universal resource of information.
To reach our patient services representative, please call 215-952-9987 (or ext. 9987 from inside the Hospital). The representative is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To protect the health and well-being of our patients, visitors, employees, students, and volunteers, Jefferson is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is not permitted in all Jefferson buildings and within 50’ of any entryway to or exit from Jefferson buildings, and within 50’ of driveways, canopies, archways and plazas. We are also smoke free in campus parking areas.
We take your privacy very seriously. If someone calls or stops by our Information Desk, our staff is only permitted to release your room and telephone number. Information about your diagnosis, treatment and any other items related to your care are considered confidential and are never given out.

Jefferson Apothecary carries both routine and hard-to-find medications, ensuring there are no delays in your medication therapy. Our pharmacists work closely with your doctors and insurance company to make sure your prescriptions are covered.
The outpatient pharmacy is located on the first floor, inside the Little Bistro (gift shop). Call ext. 9385 from inside the hospital.
