The MBSR Course at Jefferson Exceeded Jim's Expectations
"MBSR techniques have enriched my life in general"
The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course exceeded my expectations. I began the program hoping to acquire tools for managing work-related stress. The results in this area have been extremely positive. Just as importantly, meditation and other MBSR techniques have enriched my life in general. I'm more engaged with my life in key areas such as relationships, spirituality and connection with the larger community.
