Paget's Disease of the Bone

Pain, bone deformity and arthritis are all symptoms of Paget's disease. However, like many other orthopedic conditions, it can be difficult to diagnose. For expert diagnosis and treatment of Paget's disease of the bone, turn to the orthopedic specialists at Jefferson.

We constitute the largest and most experienced orthopedic practice in the region, and our internationally recognized musculoskeletal radiologists utilize state-of-the-art diagnosis equipment such as a radionuclide bone scan and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase test.

Outpatient consultation and rehabilitation therapy services are available from our nationally recognized physiatrists and rehabilitation therapists. Our therapists practice an interdisciplinary team approach, working with referring physicians, physiatrists (rehabilitation physicians), nurse practitioners and case managers to ensure comprehensive quality services are delivered.
