Michelle Maslowski joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in 2015. Prior to joining Jefferson, she worked at Drexel University, where she was an assistant vice president of Drexel Athletics. Maslowski earned an undergraduate degree in business administration and MBA from Drexel’s LeBow College of Business. She played basketball at Drexel and had a 10-year professional career in Europe.

Katie Bampfield joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in 2021. Prior to joining Jefferson, she held fundraising positions at Bancroft and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Public Administration as well as a certificate in nonprofit management from Villanova University.

Kaitlin Garthwaite joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in 2021. Prior to joining Jefferson, she spent eight years fundraising and managing special events for a wide range of nonprofit organizations. Kaitlin is a graduate of Muhlenberg College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.

Alim M. Young, Sr., joined the Office of Institutional Advancement in May of 2021. Alim graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. He has served in various customer service roles and most recently worked as a COVID-19 contact tracer in St. Joseph’s Office of Student Life.

Jill Kyle joined Abington in 1999. She is an honorary member of the Abington Health Foundation Women’s Board, having previously served as president for four years. Jill earned a Master of Business Administration with distinction and an international perspective from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in psychology from Tulane University. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, and a member of the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, Association of Healthcare Philanthropy, and Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.

Previously, she was a senior development associate with Koch Companies Public Sector. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from Penn State University and an Associate of Arts from Bryn Athyn College.

Previously he served in advancement roles at Make-A-Wish Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and World Vision. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in human resource management from Trevecca University.

Julie joined Jefferson Health Foundation – New Jersey in 2020. She previously served as the director of development for the AtlantiCare Foundation, serving the AtlantiCare Regional Health System located in southeastern New Jersey. She began working in development in 2012 raising funds for social service organizations and has an expanded background in media, marketing, and public relations. She holds a Master of Science in non-profit management and philanthropy and obtained her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credentials in 2017.
