Urgent Care
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:
We are now offering COVID-19 evaluations at all five Jefferson urgent care locations, including a nasal swab test for patients who are experiencing symptoms similar to COVID-19 (fever, body aches, loss of taste/smell, etc.). Results of the nasal swab test will be available within a few days.
If you are asymptomatic (not experiencing symptoms), we will provide an evaluation and a prescription for a testing site.
COVID-19 evaluations and tests are covered by most insurances. All locations are accepting walk-ins, with no appointment needed.

You feel ill or have a minor injury. Your doctor's office either has closed for the day or can't squeeze you into the schedule. You think about going to the emergency room, but your condition isn't life threatening and you don't want to sit in the waiting room for hours.
When your condition can't wait – like a bad cough or a sprained knee – Jefferson Health Urgent Care is your best option. Our Urgent Care centers are conveniently located in the Philadelphia area.
We treat patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. No appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome and every patient is seen by a doctor. On average, patients are treated and discharged within an hour.
We're proud to say that the Jefferson at Washington Square urgent care and Smylie Times has been awarded the Certified Urgent Care Category 1 designation by the Urgent Care Association of America and are one of the select few facilities around the county that have met all of the UCAO's nationally-standardized criteria.
All Urgent Care sites are accredited by the Urgent Care Association of America.
