Gynecologic Care

During COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak

We are still scheduling appointments for new and existing patients. At this time, patients may bring one person to an office visit, office procedure or ultrasound. A child may also accompany the patient if the patient can supervise the child and/or bring one other person who will be responsible for the child.

We have made several temporary adjustments to how we deliver care to reduce your risk and ensure safety. Adjustments we’ve made include:

  • Increased Health Protocols
Masks are required of all who enter our office. We do not recommend bringing a child to your visit at this time.
  • Video/Telehealth visits
These visits allow you to use a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or desktop computer with a camera to speak with your provider through a video connection.
  • Expanded In-person appointments
We added early-morning and evening appointments for those with medical conditions that make them more susceptible to illness. Additionally, we created appropriate space between chairs in waiting areas and ensure that all patients and care team members have masks and appropriate protection.

Learn more about initiating a video visit by speaking with your physician’s office or by visiting our telehealth services page.

Colposcopy Clinic

If you have an abnormal Pap smear, we are here to help you understand the results and next steps to diagnose and treat any cervical abnormalities as early as possible, starting with a colposcopy, a procedure to more closely examine the cervix. Our Colposcopy Clinic uses the latest technology to enable us to more precisely identify abnormalities and enable you to watch the procedure in real-time with video-guided technology. If we see any abnormalities, our designated procedure area is fully equipped to perform an LEEP, a loop electrosurgical excision procedure, to remove abnormal cells or tissue. We can perform the colposcopy and LEEP during the same visit to save you weeks between diagnosis and treatment and subsequent hospital visits.
