About William D. Schlaff, MD
Dr. William Schlaff is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Michigan Medical School where he completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. He completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Johns Hopkins University where he also served on the faculty for eight years.
In 1989, Dr. Schlaff was recruited to the University of Colorado where he founded the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and built it into one of the preeminent divisions in the country. In 2011, Dr. Schlaff joined Jefferson Health where he practices Reproductive Endocrinology and serves as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Dr. Schlaff is an exemplary clinician, being named Top Doc™ by Philadelphia Magazine year-over-year, and a prolific researcher, receiving federal funding and publishing over 150 scientific papers. Dr. Schlaff has held numerous national leadership positions, including the Board of Directors of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and President of the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
