Jane & Leonard Korman Respiratory Institute
During COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak
We are still scheduling appointments for new and existing patients; however, we have made several temporary adjustments to how we deliver care to reduce your risk and ensure safety. Adjustments we’ve made include:
- Video/Telehealth visits
These visits allow you to use a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or desktop computer with a camera to speak with your provider through a video connection. - Expanded In-person appointments
We added early-morning and evening appointments for those with medical conditions that make them more susceptible to illness. Additionally, we created appropriate space between chairs in waiting areas and ensure that all patients and care team members have masks and appropriate protection. - Increased Health Protocols
Learn some of the necessary steps we’ve taken to help patients and healthcare providers with their health.
Learn more about initiating a video visit by speaking with your physician’s office or by visiting our telehealth services page.
