Jefferson Rehabilitation Parkinson’s Disease Exercise Program

Strong And Steady

Don’t let Parkinson’s disease stop you from being strong and steady. Regular exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease and improve your overall level of fitness and well-being.

Join our physical therapists in weekly exercise sessions and participate in seated aerobic exercises as well as balance and strengthening activities in a supportive group setting. Participants must be independently mobile or have an assistant (family member or caregiver) throughout the session.

Physician approval is required.

COST:  Eight weekly sessions for a total cost of $40.
