Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group

Pulmonary Hypertension

Pulmonary hypertension affects the arteries in your lungs and the right side of your heart. This support and educational program is for people diagnosed with the challenging condition and their loved ones.

Learn medical, lifestyle and psychosocial information from experts, share your experiences with fellow patients and caregivers, and discover how you can get involved with Pulmonary Hypertension awareness by offering peer support, speaking at events, sharing your story and more.

This group meets monthly in Philadelphia.
