Learn medical, lifestyle and psychosocial information from experts, share your experiences with fellow patients and caregivers, and discover how you can get involved with Pulmonary Hypertension awareness by offering peer support, speaking at events, sharing your story and more.
This group meets monthly in Philadelphia.
Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 215-955-1894.
