Liver Transplant Support Group
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is happy to offer a free support group for all liver transplant patients who are in the evaluation phase, listed patients and post-transplant patients.
Share your experiences and spend time with other patients who can offer understanding and support. Virtual meetings will be held biweekly on Mondays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
