Qigong and Mindfulness Workshop
Come join us for an evening workshop and/or a full-day workshop with Franz Moeckl, a leading international Qigong teacher.
Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese practice that incorporates slow, gentle movements in harmony with breathing and the awareness of it. The benefits are not only on the physical level (balance, flexibility, enhancing immune-system, vitality) but also on a mental and emotional level (joy, calmness and tranquility).
In this workshop you will learn a style consisting of 18 movement-pictures for your enjoyment and well-being. Come and see for yourself!
The workshop is open to everyone, at any fitness level, and is appropriate for beginners as well as those with previous experience with mindfulness or Qigong.

About Franz Moeckl
Franz Moeckl has practiced Qigong and Taiji for thirty years and is a longtime practitioner of mindfulness. He has been a monk in Burma and Thailand and has trained and taught at Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Clinic in Massachusetts. Franz teaches in Europe, the United States, and Asia.
