The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all of our lives in a myriad of ways over the past few months. The effects of the Coronavirus can lead to anxiety, depression and other mental health-related issues. But it's important to remember that you're not alone in this.
We'll be holding a virtual session to discuss how to cope with the stressors related to the COVID-19 crisis, as well as how to adjust to the changes to daily life.
The discussion will be lead by Jeanne Felter PhD, LPC, the Chair of the Counseling and Behavioral Health Department and the Executive Director of the Jefferson Trauma Education Network (J-TEN).
