You don't have to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. Art therapy has been practiced for years to help people cope with stress, addiction, grief, and various mental health complications. Such stress reduction techniques are known to also help manage symptoms of MS. Painting and other forms of art can help promote self-efficacy, motor skills, and overall emotional wellness.
