Healthy Aging: Ensuring Safety in the Home

Join the Jefferson Division of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care for a free workshop series for older adults. We have a variety of events spanning topics that matter to you:

  • Learn about getting healthy with exercise and improved eating habits from a physical therapist and dietitian. 
  • Navigate the challenges of understanding dementia with our occupational therapist. 
  • Stay ahead of the curve by learning about the latest research on keeping your mind and body fit as you age.
  • Participate in a discussion about the book, "Being Mortal," by Atul Gawande.
