Healthy Aging Program: Art of Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a meditative process that can quiet the mind and release physical distress. Research has shown that mindfulness helps to reduce anxiety, depression, and pain, and to improve well-being.
In this session you will learn mindfulness practices to support greater balance, vitality and health.
Light refreshments will be served at 9:30 a.m. Parking validations available for the first 10 participants registered.
