Join the Jefferson Division of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care for a free workshop series for older adults. We have a variety of events spanning topics that matter to you:

  • Understand how meditation and mindfulness promotes health and mental balance while reducing stress and anxiety.
  • Make healthier food choices that can lead to a happier you.
  • Learn how to plan and live a healthier lifestyle through social activity and nutrition.
  • Stay connected through social interaction to help ward off feeling lonely.
