The DASH DIET - Online

If you have hypertension (high blood pressure) and want to change your diet in order to have a healthier lifestyle, the DASH diet may be just what you've been looking for.

DASH, which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, is an eating plan that focuses on controlling high blood pressure.

By taking part in our online DASH Diet forum, you'll learn more about the foods (including fruits, vegetables, poultry, and nuts) that can help lower blood pressure.

The DASH Diet class will provide meal ideas, as well as nutritional information about the foods you should be eating.
