Mindful Movement & Breathing
Bring awareness to your body and breath during a gentle thirty-minute movement session followed by a short discussion about mindfulness. Mindful movement is shown to help manage pain, increase energy, and stabilize mood.
We will cover techniques that can be used both on and off of our mats. All levels and abilities are welcome, and participants are invited to use a chair instead of sitting on a mat.
