15 Minute Mindfulness Practice Sessions
Mastering the practice of mindfulness doesn't have to feel overwhelming. In fact, these short, but effective practice sessions will teach you how to be present in the moment.
These sessions are offered by the Mryna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 -12:45 p.m.
