Skull X-ray

While newer technologies such as computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are used more often, X-rays of the skull remain valuable for evaluating the fractures of the bones of the skull and detecting other conditions of the skull and brain. This allows your physicians to make the most accurate diagnostic decisions and devise an appropriate treatment plan if necessary.

Jefferson neuroradiologists have access to leading-edge technology to perform these imaging exams and provide expert diagnosis so that your physician can create the best treatment plan for your condition.
