Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can be occasional or chronic. The expert physicians at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Rothman Institute's Shoulder and Elbow Center will diagnose the cause of your pain and treat your condition to alleviate the pain. The Rothman Institute at Jefferson has one of the largest shoulder and elbow services on the East Coast, with six fellowship-trained shoulder and elbow surgeons who see 8,000 to 10,000 new patients and perform more than 2,500 shoulder and elbow procedures annually.

If your pain is chronic, our pain management-trained anesthesiologists, psychologists and nurses in the Jefferson Pain Center will provide you with leading-edge treatments, including special studies and pain medicine services.
