Tests & Treatments

  • Actigraphy
Allows our sleep medicine specialists to assess sleep/wake patterns if you are experiencing a sleep disorder such as insomnia, a circadian rhythm sleep disorder or restless legs syndrome.

  • Beck Depression Inventory
To determine whether or not your sleep is affected by depression, this test measures the intensity and depth of your depression symptoms.

  • Home Sleep Test
The home sleep test is a modified version of a sleep study, self-administered in your home with a portable monitor, rather than sleeping overnight in a sleep laboratory.

  • Sleep Log
A sleep log or sleep diary is a record of your sleep and wake times, usually over a period of several weeks or months, that you or your caregiver keeps.

  • Sleep Study
At our state-of-the-art facility, a polysomnogram, also referred to as a sleep study, is one of the many diagnostic tools that are used to determine the causes of sleep disorders. A home sleep study may be possible for some patients as well.
