  • Biopsy
A biopsy is a procedure performed to remove tissue or cells from the body for examination under a microscope.

  • Electrocardiogram
An electrocardiogram is performed to assess the electrical activity of the heart to detect arrhythmias, coronary artery disease and heart muscle damage.

  • Electromyography
An abnormal EMG result may be a sign of peripheral neuropathy, polymyositis, muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis or other neuromuscular disease.

  • Nerve Conduction Velocity
If you are experiencing numbness, tingling and/or burning sensations in your legs or arms, your physician may order a nerve conduction velocity test to determine if nerve damage has occurred.

  • Physical Therapy
The goal of physical therapy is to help you increase your mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability, allowing you to move independently through your environment.

  • Pulmonary Function Tests
By assessing lung volumes, capacities, rates of flow and gas exchange, PFTs provide information that, when evaluated by your physician, can help diagnosis certain lung disorders.
