Chronotherapy is a method to treat delayed sleep-phase syndrome in which bedtimes are gradually delayed by an increment of two to three hours each night until your desired bedtime is reached.

  • Home Sleep Test
The home sleep test is a modified version of a sleep study, self-administered in your home with a portable monitor, rather than sleeping overnight in a sleep laboratory.

  • Light Therapy
Light therapy is a method used to treat sleep disorders, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), circadian rhythm disorders, depression and other conditions.

  • Sleep Log
A sleep log or sleep diary is a record of your sleep and wake times, usually over a period of several weeks or months, that you or your caregiver keeps.

  • Sleep Study
At our state-of-the-art facility, a polysomnogram, also referred to as a sleep study, is one of the many diagnostic tools that are used to determine the causes of sleep disorders. A home sleep study may be possible for some patients as well.
