Stress reduction

This program provides a taste of the fundamentals of mindfulness-based stress reduction. Research shows mindfulness can reduce anxiety, depression, and pain, and improve well-being throughout the cancer journey.

Through meditation and awareness exercises, we will explore this practical, time-proven approach to living fully in the present moment that has helped many achieve greater balance, vitality, and health.

This free class is sponsored by Oncology Patient Support Services to assist patients during cancer treatment and survivorship.
